Handling Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work preparing it right away. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and handed off to our courier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Combined, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 6–10 business days of placing it.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before it ships.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery depot first, then get in touch with us so we can investigate with the courier.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
